Ayurvedic Treatment For Heel Pain in Mumbai-Calcaneal Spur

Heel Pain/Heel spur is another name for a calcaneal spur. The heel bone is the calcaneus. Under this bone, calcium deposits start to form when it experiences persistent pressure; if the pressure persists, the calcium deposits start to assume the form of spurs, which are painful. The defining characteristic is pain when standing or walking. Individuals who walk on uneven ground or must stand for extended periods of time put pressure underneath the heel bone, which eventually leads to the development of calcaneal spurs.

A calcaneal spur is an expansion of calcium around the ligaments and tendons of the foot. It develops from the foot’s bone into its flesh.
